About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Operations Associate to work closely with our Operations team and play a hands-on role in building and scaling Instafix's store and repair operations.
This is not a conventional desk job. You will work closely with store teams, repair technicians and cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, analyse business data, solve problems and drive improvements.




You will get the opportunity to work directly on the core operating engine of a rapid-growing startup and take ownership of projects that have a measurable impact on the business.

What you'll do:
Store and Business Operations
Support and monitor the day-to-day operations of Instafix stores.
Track key business metrics including walk-ins, conversions, revenue, repairs, productivity and customer experience.
Identify operational gaps and work with store teams to improve efficiency and performance.
Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, processes and quality standards.
Monitor store-level performance and identify areas for improvement.

Repair Operations:
Work closely with repair technicians and operations teams to understand the complete repair lifecycle.
Track repair TAT, technician productivity, repeat cases, quality issues and repair performance.
Identify bottlenecks in the repair process and drive corrective actions.
Support the implementation and improvement of repair SOPs and operational processes.
