We are looking for a Batch Coordinator who will be responsible for the smooth and professional management of student batches from onboarding to course completion.

The role involves coordinating between students, faculty, academic teams, and internal operations to ensure that every batch runs on schedule, students remain engaged, classes happen smoothly, doubts are addressed, and the overall student experience remains excellent.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, responsible, and comfortable communicating with students and faculty over WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Batch Management
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned student batches.
Create and maintain batch schedules, class calendars, and key timelines.
Ensure students receive timely information regarding classes, assignments, examinations, and other activities.
Track batch attendance and student participation.
Monitor batch progress against the planned academic schedule.
Ensure smooth coordination for online and offline sessions.

Student Communication & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for students in assigned batches.
Handle student queries related to classes, schedules, recordings, assignments, examinations, and course processes.
Send timely WhatsApp messages, reminders, announcements, and notifications.
Follow up with students who are absent, inactive, or falling behind.
Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with students.
Escalate unresolved student issues to the appropriate academic or management team.
3. Faculty Coordination
Coordinate with faculty members regarding class schedules and requirements.
Confirm faculty availability before scheduled sessions.
Share batch-related information and student requirements with faculty.
Ensure faculty receives relevant updates, attendance information, and student queries.
Coordinate rescheduled, cancelled, or replacement classes whenever required.
