Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote DALMAF’s professional services offerings. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads,



explaining service features and perks, preparing proposals or quotations, and following up to close sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, coordinating with service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and addressing client inquiries to support a positive customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, provide feedback on market trends, and collaborate with colleagues to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including the ability to qualify prospects and convert them into clients.
