Hiring: Blue Yonder ESP Consultant – Semiconductor | LP OPT Solver

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning
(BY-ESP) Consultant with strong Semiconductor industry experience and hands-on
expertise in LP/OPT Solver-based planning.

Experience – 4 to 8 yrs
Location: Hybrid (Bangalore , Pune, Mumbai , Noida )
Employment: Subcon

Key Skills

* Strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder ESP / SCPO
* Semiconductor supply chain & manufacturing planning experience
* Expertise in LPOPT Solver, optimization models, constraints, and solver
tuning
* Strong experience in Supply, Production & Capacity Planning
* Additional experience in Factory Planning (FP) and Inventory Optimization
(IO) preferred
* Experience with SAP ERP/S4HANA integration
* Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in solver validation, scenario analysis, UAT, and production
deployment

Preferred: Blue Yonder certification/accreditation and experience with
semiconductor fab/capacity planning.
