Job Summary

The Account Management Specialist – Senior is responsible for managing customer
relationships, executing account strategies, and driving profitable business
growth across assigned accounts. This role serves as a key interface between
customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, commercial
success, supply-demand alignment, and effective execution of sales and account
management initiatives. The position supports revenue growth through strategic
account planning, customer engagement, contract management, forecasting, and
continuous improvement efforts while acting as the voice of the customer within
the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

* Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned
customer accounts.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective
communication and responsiveness.
* Act as the voice of the customer within the organization and advocate for
customer needs and expectations.




* Build trust and credibility with customers through proactive engagement and
consistent support.
* Measure customer satisfaction, analyze feedback, and implement action plans
to improve customer experience.

Account Strategy & Business Growth

* Support the development and execution of account strategies aligned with
business objectives and customer requirements.
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue through expansion of existing business
and development of recent opportunities.
* Drive cross-business unit collaboration to maximize customer value and
business growth.
* Develop and maintain account plans, monitor progress against targets, and
implement corrective actions when required.
* Support strategic initiatives that improve customer relationships,
profitability, and market competitiveness.

Commercial & Contract Management

* Support contract negotiation, implementation, and compliance within
authorized limits.
