Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial records. The role will be responsible for transaction processing, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, statutory compliance support, month-end activities and financial documentation across the business.
The ideal candidate should have robust accounting fundamentals, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Salary Range(Annual): INR 3,50,000 - INR 4,50,000

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, including AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets and journal entries.
Record and verify purchase,



sales, expense and other accounting transactions.
Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, accruals, provisions and prepayments.
Maintain proper supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and maintain schedules supporting the trial balance and financial statements.
2. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate accounting and timely payment processing.
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve outstanding or disputed items.
Track vendor advances, credit notes and outstanding payables.
Coordinate with procurement and business teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices and supporting documents.
Assist in maintaining an accurate vendor master and payment records.
