Position Summary
As an MEP BIM Engineer at HJVES, you will play a key role in transforming engineering designs into intelligent BIM models that support successful project delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated, clash-free,



and construction-ready models while maintaining the highest standards of quality and engineering excellence.
This position requires a robust understanding of MEP systems, BIM processes, engineering coordination, and construction methodologies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans.
Produce coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health service models for various project stages.
Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP information to identify design conflicts and propose practical engineering solutions.
Prepare coordinated construction documentation, including layouts, sections, schedules, and detailed drawings.
Support the development of builder's work drawings, plant room layouts, riser coordination, and service routing.
