About Kloth
Kloth is building a new way to shop for fashion — Try, Try, Buy. Customers discover styles through personalized AI try-ons, order what they like, try them at home, and pay only for what they keep.
We are building our operations around a demanding customer promise: delivery within 2 hours across a 10 km radius and within 24 hours across Bangalore.
We're looking for someone who can own the warehouse-to-customer operation end-to-end and build the processes required to make that promise reliable at scale.
What You'll Own
You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of Kloth's fulfilment operations:
Manage inbounding, QC, inventory put-away and stock accuracy
Run picking, packing and dispatch operations
Ensure orders consistently meet our 2-hour and 24-hour delivery SLAs
Coordinate with Kloth's own delivery executives as well as third-party logistics partners
Allocate and prioritize orders based on delivery SLA, location and operational capacity
Track failed, delayed and cancelled deliveries and drive them to resolution
Manage returns, exchanges and inventory reconciliation
Maintain high accuracy across inventory, orders and dispatches
Identify bottlenecks and improve fulfilment speed, productivity and cost
Establish clear operational SOPs and ensure they are followed consistently
