About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering with clients to deliver complex transformation programs that encompass business, technology, and process changes. The successful candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, assessing impact, shaping strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new ways of working across various client organizational levels.



This client-facing, consultative position requires a blend of business analysis proficiency and change management acumen, with responsibilities spanning from strategy formulation to sustainment. The individual will be embedded within program leadership teams, shaping the change agenda and ensuring successful adoption and realization of benefits.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives on medium to large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrable experience working directly with clients in a consulting capacity is essential, including facilitating workshops, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering results in ambiguous environments.
