About the Role
Margo Digitech is looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Editor & Producer who can manage video projects from concept and pre-production to shooting, editing, post-production, and final delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling, editing, and production skills and be comfortable working with clients, creative teams, production crews, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client briefs, objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
Coordinate and manage shoots, production teams, freelancers, vendors, and talent.
Edit raw footage into engaging videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
Handle colour correction/grading, sound editing, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and final exports.
Create content including corporate videos, brand films, advertisements, social media videos, reels,



interviews, testimonials, product videos, and digital campaigns.
Ensure videos are optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Designers, Motion Graphic Artists, and Creative Teams.
Manage revisions, quality checks, project timelines, and final delivery.
Maintain organized project files and ensure timely, high-quality output.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in video editing, production, digital media, advertising, or creative agencies.
Solid portfolio showcasing branded content, corporate videos, social media content, or digital campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and knowledge of After Effects.
Good understanding of storytelling, cinematography, editing, pacing, and visual composition.
Knowledge of colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
