Role Description The Structural CAD Design Engineer is a full time role responsible for developing detailed engineering drawings and CAD models for structural steel, industrial roofing, and related components. The role is hybrid, based in Madgaon, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility depending on project needs. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting client and project requirements, preparing design layouts, producing fabrication and erection drawings,
and coordinating with project engineers and site teams for constructability and accuracy. The engineer will review and update designs to reflect site conditions, support material take-offs and bill of quantities, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with fabrication and execution teams, resolving design-related queries, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and templates.
