About The Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Calling Agent to join our fully remote team. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them professionally, and pre-qualifying leads for life insurance and final expense quotes. The ideal candidate will excel in handling objections, building rapport quickly, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout interactions.
Please note that this position does not involve selling insurance directly; licensed sales advisors will handle all consultations and sales processes. Your primary focus will be on generating qualified leads and transferring them to our licensed sales team, thereby playing a vital role in our client acquisition process.
Qualifications
