Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight reservations
Create PNRs, issue and reissue tickets, and process refunds
Manage cancellations, amendments and flight disruptions
Assist with hotels, transfers, tours and itinerary planning
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp
Maintain accurate booking and payment records
Candidate Requirements
Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
Sound knowledge of domestic and international airfares
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
