Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee web development and digital marketing projects, including SEO, PPC, social media, content, graphics, AI initiatives, and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client projects, cross-functional teams, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning and Management
● Understand client requirements and define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
● Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
● Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
● Identify risks, delays, and dependencies and take corrective action.
● Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
2. Team Coordination
● Coordinate with development, SEO, PPC, social media, content, graphics, AI, and QA teams.
● Ensure clear communication and smooth handovers between departments.
● Conduct project review meetings and track action items.




● Resolve operational issues and maintain team accountability.
3. Website Development and SEO
● Manage website design, development, maintenance, migration, and landing page projects.
● Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, rapid, secure, and SEO optimized.
● Coordinate implementation of technical SEO, on-page SEO, redirects, schema, analytics, and tracking.
● Review website performance and manage post-launch improvements.
4. PPC and Social Media
● Coordinate Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid campaigns.
● Review campaign objectives, budgets, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
● Oversee social media calendars, captions, graphics, videos, scheduling, and publishing.
● Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
● Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead, engagement, and conversions.
5. AI and Automation
● Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexi
