You will be the face of Yello Living—welcoming residents, building community, organizing events and ensuring residents feel connected and supported.

Key Responsibilities
Manage resident move-in and move-out processes and checklists.
Welcome new residents and help them integrate into the community.
Be the primary point of contact for resident queries and concerns.
Manage resident WhatsApp groups and community communication.
Identify and escalate recurring complaints or resident concerns.
Plan, promote and host regular community events and activities.
Conduct resident check-ins and capture feedback.
Maintain a positive community environment and help resolve minor conflicts.
Recognize resident occasions such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
Coordinate with the social media team to capture events, resident stories and reels.
Submit a simple weekly update covering residents, concerns, events and community engagement.





Who We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic and comfortable talking to new people.
Organized and positive at following up.
Comfortable hosting events and occasionally appearing on camera.
Proactive and able to take ownership.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic digital tools.
Based in or able to commute daily to Whitefield / ITPL.

Experience in hospitality, co-living, events, customer service or community management is a plus, but not mandatory.

What This Role Is Not
This is not a maintenance, housekeeping, sales or back-office role.
It is a ground-level, people-facing role focused on resident experience and community building.
