Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective learners, explain program offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.



The role involves working closely with the marketing and admissions teams to convert leads, achieve sales targets, and ensure a positive experience for learners. The Inside Sales Executive will also follow up with potential learners, address concerns, and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing pipelines.
