We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – .NET to lead enterprise application engineering, delivery, and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, Microsoft SQL technologies, AWS Cloud, and proven experience in engineering leadership and SDLC governance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams delivering C#/.NET enterprise applications.
Drive application architecture, development standards, code quality, scalability, and performance.
Provide technical leadership across .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS environments.
Own application delivery, project execution, and SDLC governance.
Establish engineering best practices, review processes, and quality standards.
Manage team performance, mentoring, hiring, capability development, and resource planning.
Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.




Drive cloud adoption, modernization, and deployment of applications on AWS.
Identify technical risks and ensure timely resolution of delivery and production issues.
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in C# / .NET and Enterprise Application Engineering.
Strong experience with MS SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
Proven Engineering Leadership and People Management experience.
Solid understanding of Application Delivery and SDLC Governance.
Experience with AWS Application and Cloud Technologies.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, databases, and enterprise application development.
Experience managing Agile engineering teams and multiple concurrent deliverables.
