Job description:
Execution of Proposals under Fintech partnership including Customer onboarding, customer screening, limit setup through operations
Handling and monitoring the Fintech based transactions by liaising with the Fintech partner team and Internal Transaction team.
Maintaining Data and MIS for various reporting and presentation.
Help Product Manager Fintech for executing engagements with Fintech, technology companies in Digital lending domain for achieving targeted business numbers.
Help in processing of customer onboarding from Fintech channel
Track performance of the business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, # of accounts, fees, delinquencies, etc.
Identify training needs to support the business and Provide the training with valuable resources.

Educational Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM or equivalent

Experience :
1 - 3 years of product line experience (sales/credit/product/marketing) Micro & Small Enterprises Lending.
Experience of working capital funding and technological capability is desirable but not mandatory.
