We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in running Google & Meta Ads app install (CPI) campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage mobile app user acquisition campaigns, drive ROI/ROAS through data-led optimization, and work closely with global clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and scale user acquisition (app install) campaigns with a strong focus on Google & Meta Ads
Analyze campaign and post-install performance using tools like Appsflyer,



Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase
Use data-driven insights to optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, LTV, and in-app engagement
Run A/B and Multivariate tests to improve campaign effectiveness
Maintain internal dashboards and track daily performance
Share weekly reports with clients, including performance insights and future strategies
Collaborate with Account Managers on account strategy
Communicate regularly with clients to share updates and recommendations

Skills & Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in PPC / User Acquisition, preferably in mobile app marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in Google & Meta Ad Campaigns
Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and analytics platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data & Excel
Familiarity with App Store Connect / Google Play Console / Meta Dashboard is a plus
