Roles & Responsibilities Conduct detailed client requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into explicit functional and technical requirements Prepare high-quality documentation including: BRDs / FRDs User stories Workflow diagrams Process flows Use cases Functional specifications Meeting notes and action trackers Work closely with clients, developers, QA teams, architects, and project managers to ensure requirement clarity and execution alignment Drive effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to minimize requirement gaps and ambiguities Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI driven improvements
