• Support and progressively take ownership of work in M&A; and PE/VC transactions and Retainership assignments
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating key transaction documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, etc.)
• Handle general corporate and advisory work
• Conduct legal research and due diligence, with a focus on accuracy and commercial relevance
• Work closely with senior team members to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Coordinate with founders, investors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage timelines, documentation,



and deliverables with a strong eye for detail and quality
