About the Role
GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Improve website visibility through SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all major platforms.
Generate quality leads through digital campaigns and continuously optimize conversion rates.




Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation campaigns.
Track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
4–8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and Social Media Marketing.
Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
