Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options using HOMVIA.in’s transparent, fact-based approach. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting property consultations,



coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related tools. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams and developers, and consistently communicating authentic information on pricing, availability, and property features. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, provide timely follow-ups, and contribute to a professional and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in real estate or a related customer-facing industry.
