Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, travel agency tie-ups, and group booking channels to increase occupancy and revenue across properties. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends,



developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and creating proposals and presentations to promote Perfectstayz Group’s offerings. The role involves regular coordination with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure alignment between demand generation and guest experience. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to pricing and promotional decisions to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries, with an understanding of hotel operations and revenue drivers.
