Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Badnagar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for various functions across the organization.



The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily activities include managing recruitment metrics, maintaining applicant tracking systems, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting onboarding handoffs to HR and business teams. The role also involves developing employer branding initiatives, strengthening Kshema Power’s presence in the talent market, and ensuring adherence to fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring practices.
Qualifications
Solid full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including experience managing multiple requisitions and roles at various levels.
Demonstrated ability in interviewing and hiring, with a focus on structured, competency-based assessments and objective selection processes.
