Role Overview
This is a hands-on technical consulting role at the centre of our clients' revenue systems — where subscriptions, billing, CRM and order flows meet. You will start with billing operations support on Zuora, and grow into the wider Quote-to-Cash stack: Salesforce CRM, CPQ, integrations and revenue reporting.
We are looking for someone who wants to build breadth across revenue systems — not stay inside a single platform.

Key Responsibilities
Billing operations — your primary focus at the start
▪ Act as the support consultant for subscription billing on Zuora — subscriptions, invoicing, payments, amendments, renewals and cancellations.
â–ª Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
â–ª Configure and maintain the product catalog, rate plans, charges, billing rules, payment workflows and Zuora Workflows.
▪ Support operational reporting, data analysis and issue tracking (Data Query / ZOQL). Cross-functional scope — where you will grow
▪ Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce–Zuora integrations, data synchronisation, and order flows from Salesforce and web channels.
▪ Work across the Quote-to-Cash chain — CPQ, order management, revenue reporting — building working capability in Salesforce
