Role Description

The Director of Influencer Marketing will lead Biggbell’s influencer marketing strategy and execution, overseeing end-to-end campaigns for brands and creators across multiple categories. This full-time,



on-site role based in Noida involves designing scalable influencer programs, setting performance goals, and managing budgets to drive growth and measurable impact. The director will build and mentor a team, establish solid relationships with creators, agencies, and brand stakeholders, and ensure campaigns align with community-driven and creator-first principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaign concepts, negotiating partnerships, overseeing content and delivery timelines, analyzing performance data, and refining strategies based on insights. The role also collaborates closely with product, community, and sales teams to integrate influencer marketing into Biggbell’s broader ecosystem and support the growth of flagship communities.
