Role Overview
As a SOC Intern, you will work alongside our SOC analysts and gain practical exposure to security monitoring, alert analysis, incident investigation, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity operations.
The role is designed for candidates who want to transition into a SOC Analyst career.

Key Responsibilities
Assist SOC analysts with monitoring security alerts.
Perform basic alert validation and categorization.
Assist with investigation of suspicious activities.
Review security logs and identify unusual events.
Support documentation of security incidents and investigations.
Assist with maintaining SOC knowledge-base articles and documentation.
Participate in shift handovers and SOC operational activities.
Assist with preparation of security reports.
Research current cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
Learn and follow SOC SOPs, playbooks, and investigation procedures.




Support vulnerability scanning and basic vulnerability analysis when required.

Candidate Profile
Degree/Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking and operating systems.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interest in Security Operations and Cybersecurity.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
Positive to Have
Knowledge of Linux and Windows.
Security+ / SC-900 / SC-200 or equivalent training.
Cybersecurity lab or CTF experience.
Personal projects related to cybersecurity.
