Role Description The Service Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and servicing Cobotech Machines’ equipment at customer facilities.



Day-to-day tasks include installing and commissioning encapsulation machines and Bottle Counting Lines, performing scheduled maintenance and repairs, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues. The role involves providing technical support, training operators and maintenance teams on proper usage, and documenting service activities and findings. The Service Engineer will collaborate with internal engineering and quality teams to escalate complex issues, recommend technical improvements, and ensure minimal downtime for customers. Regular travel to client sites, clear communication with stakeholders, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards are core aspects of the position.

Qualifications
