Interview and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural match
Keep a well-organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline in the ATS so nothing gets missed
Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
What We're Looking For
2–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience spanning IT and Non-IT roles
A track record of successfully filling challenging positions within tight deadlines
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and similar sourcing tools
Excellent communication skills,
with the confidence to guide and challenge stakeholders when necessary
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to juggle several active roles at once
A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
