Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a contract, hybrid position based in Kolkata, with flexibility for partial work from home.



The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their operational and ecommerce challenges, and present Edgewrapper’s technology and automation solutions in a clear, value-driven manner. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, coordinating with engineering teams to tailor solutions, and following up to close deals. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, providing post-sale support in coordination with delivery teams, and gathering feedback to inform improvements in services and sales approaches. The Sales Specialist may assist in training clients on key solution features and contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and process optimization.
