Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records and core people operations.
Support performance processes, employee relations and workplace policies.
Coordinate external HR, payroll and compliance partners.
Improve HR processes, reporting and employee communication.
Requirements
4–7 years of broad HR operations experience.
Working knowledge of Indian employment practices and statutory compliance.
Robust ownership, judgement, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
