About Alphax
Alphax is a strategy and communication agency working across brand, digital, content, and creative. We’re building a strong in-house team that can think strategically, create compelling content, and execute quickly for our clients.
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands how brands perform on social platforms and can translate strategy into content people actually want to watch, read, save, and share.
The Role
As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll work closely with our co-founder, account, design, and video teams to manage social media for multiple clients.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to think about the idea, platform, content format, execution, publishing, and performance, not simply manage a content calendar.
What You’ll Do
Develop social media content ideas based on brand strategy, audience behaviour, trends, and cultural moments.
Build monthly content calendars and platform-specific content plans.
Write solid social copy, captions, hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
Create briefs for graphic designers,
motion designers, and video editors.
Work closely with the creative team to turn ideas into Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and other formats.
Manage social media publishing and ensure content goes live accurately and on time.
Stay on top of platform trends, formats, memes, conversations, and emerging creator behaviour.
Monitor content performance and identify what is working and what isn’t.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Use analytics to recommend improvements to content strategy.
Support influencer and creator collaborations where required.
Participate in client discussions and present content ideas when required.
Manage multiple brands and timelines simultaneously.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
