**ZegaByt Software Solutions** is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented **Female Sales & Business Development Executive** to join our growing team.

### Role Responsibilities

**Hot Lead Calling**

* Contact leads generated through Instagram/Facebook advertisements.

* Understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly.

* Follow up with interested prospects.

* Convert qualified leads into meetings and customers.

* Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

️ **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**

* Find potential customers through Google Maps, Instagram, LinkedIn, directories and other sources.

* Make outbound calls to businesses and introduce ZegaByt’s services.

* Identify potential requirements for websites, mobile applications, software and digital solutions.

* Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.

* Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.

### Technology Knowledge – KEY

**Coding is NOT required.**

However, candidates must have a **basic understanding of technology and software services**, including:

* Websites & Web Applications

* Mobile Applications

* Software Development

* E-commerce Websites





* Digital Solutions

* Basic understanding of technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, etc.

**You don't need to write code.** You should be able to understand customer requirements, explain our services confidently and coordinate with the technical team.

### Candidate Requirements

* **Female candidates only**

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Telugu & English communication preferred.

* Basic computer and technology knowledge is mandatory.

* Confident speaking with new customers.

* Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and willing to learn.

* Freshers with good communication + technology knowledge can also apply.
