Role Description This full-time remote Configuration Developer role focuses on implementing, customizing, and maintaining configuration-based solutions within client environments.



The Configuration Developer collaborates with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate functional requirements into well-structured configuration artifacts and workflows. Daily responsibilities include configuring application modules, setting up rules and integrations, performing impact analysis, and optimizing system performance through configuration changes rather than custom code where possible. The role involves regular testing of configured components, troubleshooting issues, documenting configuration standards, and participating in deployment activities. The Configuration Developer is also expected to contribute to continuous improvement by refining configuration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
Configuration and implementation skills: experience configuring enterprise platforms or applications
