Role Description The Java Team Lead role at WebBee Global is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading a team of Java developers, overseeing the design and implementation of scalable,



secure software solutions that power WebBee Global’s eCommerce and integration products. Day-to-day activities include reviewing technical requirements, defining architecture, guiding the development of microservices-based applications, and applying design patterns to ensure maintainable code. The Java Team Lead will conduct code reviews, mentor team members, coordinate with product and QA teams, and support the resolution of complex technical issues in production and pre-production environments. The role also involves contributing to technical roadmaps, improving development processes, and ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
