Company Description DeCircle Solar is a Dubai-headquartered renewable infrastructure platform focused on building the next generation of solar energy assets across the UAE–India corridor. The company develops, finances, and transacts solar projects by integrating project origination, structuring, capital, and execution on a single platform. Its core activities span solar project development, project finance, and solar asset sales, covering the full lifecycle from opportunity to operating asset. DeCircle Solar works with developers, investors, asset owners, EPCs, and technology partners to transform renewable opportunities into bankable, investable, and tradable assets.

Responsibilities
Track project milestones across the development lifecycle (land, PPA, approvals, financial close, COD) and flag delays or slippages
Generate, format, and maintain project documents — trackers, checklists, term sheets, and status reports
Collect and organize project-related data from multiple sources into structured trackers and MIS




Coordinate with multiple stakeholders — internal teams and external parties (EPCs, landowners, consultants) — to ensure timely follow-ups and information flow
Maintain project management boards (ClickUp) — creating tasks, updating statuses, and ensuring visibility across the pipeline
Build and update trackers in Google Sheets and Excel for project status, timelines, and documentation
Prepare presentations and summary decks in PowerPoint for internal and stakeholder updates
Use AI tools to speed up drafting, research, and document generation

What we're looking for
Comfortable with ClickUp (or similar project management tools), or willing to learn quickly
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in using AI tools for drafting and research
Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces independently
Transparent written communication — you'll coordinate directly with external stakeholders
