About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is proactive, confident, and excited about sales and startups. You will work closely with our team to identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct outreach, and help build our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.




Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads.
Reach out to prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Follow up with prospects and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales/founding team.
Maintain CRM/Google Sheets and track lead progress.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with recent people.
Good research and follow-up skills.
Interest in technology, SaaS, or IT services, with basic understanding of how digital solutions support business growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and LinkedIn.
