Deckster is a tech-first influencer marketing company. Over ~6 years we've run campaigns with 60+ brands and 6,000+ creators across fashion, wellness, consumer, fintech and more. We're remote, we move fast, and we own outcomes — not just forward creator posts and call it a campaign.
We're looking for someone to take over live client accounts and run them like their own. This is an ownership role, not a coordination role. If your current job is chasing deliverables and updating trackers, this will feel like a different sport.
What you'll own
Full campaign lifecycle: brief, strategy, creator discovery, shortlisting, outreach, negotiation, execution, approvals, timelines, reporting
The client relationship, you're the primary point of contact, and the reason they renew
Managing creators and talent managers professionally
Mentoring junior team members and interns
Spotting upsell and account-growth opportunities before the client asks
Solving operational problems yourself instead of escalating every one




Who tends to do well here
1-3 years in influencer marketing, digital marketing, creator management or agency account handling
Has independently handled multiple brands and campaigns (strong preference)
Deep understanding of influencer marketing — not just creator coordination
Organised, proactive, and calm when three accounts need something at once
Collaborative across teams, no territorial silos
Agency background helps but isn't required
Logistics
Remote, full time
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred — these accounts need an owner soon
