Role OverviewYou will own end-to-end production execution — from order allocation to dispatch readiness — ensuring:On-time shipment adherence
Controlled rejection levels
Optimal manpower utilization
Zero production delays due to planning gaps
This is a leadership role requiring daily floor presence and system-driven monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & ControlPrepare weekly & monthly production plans based on confirmed POs
Allocate orders across production groups based on capacity
Generate and monitor job cards
Track daily production vs targets and resolve bottlenecks proactively
Factory Floor ManagementSupervise cutting, skiving, stitching, embossing, and edge inking departments




Monitor efficiency and improve line productivity
Control rework and wastage
Ensure discipline and workflow adherence
Material & Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with merchandisers and procurement for material readiness
Ensure raw materials are available before assigning production
Prevent delays due to shortages or mis-planning
Quality & ComplianceEnsure strict inline and final QC compliance
Monitor rejection percentage and implement corrective actions
Maintain inspection reports and production documentation
Delivery & Dispatch AlignmentAlign production plans with shipment timelines
Coordinate with logistics for dispatch execution

Ideal Candidate10+ years experience in leather bags / wallets manufacturing
Robust understanding of group system production
Experience managing multiple departments simultaneously
Proficient in Excel / ERP-based production tracking
