AVI-SPL is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation and intelligent agents for customer environments. The role focuses on secure, scalable, production-ready solutions that improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Experience

4-6 years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or systems integration
Experience building automation workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio, n8n, Node-RED, Zapier, or similar tools
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations
Experience deploying solutions into enterprise or production environments




Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven agents, assistants, and automation workflows
Integrate AI agents with collaboration platforms, IT service management systems, and operational tools
Implement agentic AI solutions for service workflows, incident triage, diagnostics, remediation, and workplace technology management
Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, connectors, and automation platforms
Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready
Support testing, validation, deployment, and early-life operations
Troubleshoot and support operational handoff to support teams
Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Maintain, enhance, and standardize reusable AI automation components, frameworks, and solutions
