Role Overview
DGZ Holdings is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Associate to manage customer support across multiple channels while also handling business enquiries and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be solution-oriented, and ensure a positive experience for customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media, and website chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, deliveries, and services.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
Business Enquiries & Follow-up
- Respond to business enquiries received through email,
website, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Follow up with potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Coordinate with the management team for partnership and sales-related enquiries.
- Maintain records of enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
Order & Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding order dispatches and delivery updates.
- Track customer issues and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain customer interaction records and prepare periodic reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or business support is preferre
