We’re Hiring | Sales Head – Mumbai & Pune

UpAndUp.life is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Head to build and own our Mumbai–Pune business.

This is not a conventional software-sales role.





UpAndUp.life is building a technology-enabled platform for the security and facility-management industry, designed to help mid-sized agencies compete with larger organised players and new-age direct workforce platforms.

Our platform is modular and customisable, combining technology, workforce capabilities, identity, trust and digital enablement to help agencies:

• Win more customers
• Demonstrate and prove their quality of service
• Improve operational efficiency and margins
• Deliver greater confidence and ease to their customers
• Compete effectively with emerging direct workforce platforms

The Opportunity:
The Sales Head will have end-to-end responsibility for building the Mumbai–Pune market.

The first-year objective is explicit:
Onboard 20 companies, each with a minimum workforce of 1,000 people.

The primary target customers will be the owners/promoters of:
• Security guard agencies
• Facility-management companies

This is a hunter + relationship-builder role.
