site verification.
Underwrite referred, non-standard and higher-complexity cases; recommend
approval/referral/rejection, limit, pricing, tenure, conditions and mitigants, and
convert field learning into stronger policy, portfolio monitoring, EWS and collections
actions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess MSME borrowers using bureau, banking, GST, financial statements and
programme data; evaluate business model, vintage, working-capital cycle,
seasonality, leverage, obligations, cash conversion and repayment capacity.
Conduct structured borrower/promoter discussions and site visits to verify premises,
stock, machinery, staffing, customer/supplier activity and lawful socio-economic or
operating context relevant to business stability and repayment capacity.
Perform anchor and programme due diligence covering business strength,
vendor/dealer ecosystem, concentration, transaction and settlement flows, data
quality, disputes, governance and monitoring capability.
Underwrite referred, deviation, higher-ticket and complex cases; prepare concise
credit appraisal notes and present decisions, limits, pricing, tenure, conditions and
mitigants to the appropriate approval forum.
Monitor early portfolio performance, conduct post-sanction reviews where required
and feed field observations, fraud/trust concerns and collections outcomes into
policy, EWS, programme controls and sourcing decisions.
Core Competencies

remaining fair, evidence-based and commercially aware.
