Role Description The Founding Operations Lead – Property Management is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role will oversee day-to-day operations across gated community properties, including onboarding buildings, setting up standardized processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for owners and residents.



The person in this role will coordinate with internal product and technology teams to translate on-ground needs into workflows, playbooks, and operating standards, and monitor performance through operational metrics and data dashboards. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, supervising field teams, resolving escalations, and implementing continuous improvements in property management procedures. The Founding Operations Lead will also contribute to strategic decisions, help shape the operating model as the company scales, and support hiring and training for future operations staff.
Qualifications

Operational excellence and process management skills, including experience in building SOPs, scaling service operations, and driving on-ground efficiency.
