This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, integrity, and compliance of configuration item (CI) data across the enterprise.

CMDB Administration

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management process.
• Manage CI classes, relationships, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and data governance standards.
• Ensure configuration item data complies with organizational CMDB policies and standards.
• Monitor overall CMDB health, completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support CMDB upgrades, enhancements, and platform releases.
• Configure CMDB-related applications and modules within ServiceNow.
