This role is for someone with 3+ years of agency experience who has worked hands-on with:

→ Google Ads
→ SEO
→ Social Media Marketing
→ Campaign analytics & optimisation
→ Team management
I’m specifically looking for someone who understands the numbers behind marketing — CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions and scaling — and can also guide a marketing team towards better execution.
