Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and onboarding suitable creators for brand campaigns, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating end-to-end campaign execution. The specialist will negotiate collaborations,



prepare briefs, track performance metrics, and ensure timely deliverables. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams on creative concepts, monitoring trends in the creator economy, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The role also includes supporting community initiatives, events, and meetups to strengthen Biggbell’s creator and marketer ecosystem.

Qualifications

Strong influencer marketing and campaign management skills, including creator discovery, outreach, and relationship building.
Experience with social media platforms and content formats, with an understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
Ability to analyze campaign performance using data and metrics, and to generate reports and optimization recommendations.
