Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at the Bhubaneswar campus.



The Backend Customer Relationship Management and Management Information System Executive or Manager will manage and optimize CRM and MIS platforms to support admissions, student services, and institutional reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, generating dashboards and analytical reports, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. The role involves collaborating with academic, administrative, and IT teams to understand information needs, streamline workflows, and configure system features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The position also requires monitoring system performance, coordinating with vendors or internal IT for issue resolution, supporting end users through training and documentation, and contributing to process improvement initiatives aligned with the university’s mission.
