Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Anklesvar.



The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring tyre production meets quality, safety, and output targets while optimizing use of people, machinery, and materials. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring line performance, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams. The role involves driving continuous improvement, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency. The Production Manager will also lead and develop production teams, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, and prepare regular performance reports for plant leadership.
Qualifications

Strong production and operations management skills, including capacity planning, scheduling, and shop-floor supervision.
